Designed to fit within a cube of 7 metres under NZS:3604 timber framing methods. This building features an upstairs open living area and a sheltered office space underneath the dogleg stair. After undertaking this project I came to understand and appreciate NZ building standards/codes, acceptable solutions, timber framing and typical residential construction.
