Innovation Precinct  

The initial design phase of this project was to develop the site - the triangle within High, Lichfield and Manchester streets - within a group. We then moved onto developing individual sites all connnecting to a central laneway.

Referring to DNA and the human brain was a key design theme throughout all of the buildings in this development.

My design features a ground floor cafe/lounging area and open office space on the remaining upper floors.
